Intro.

Let's take a look at Lee Kang-in, a Korean soccer player who is active under the Spanish Primera Liga Valencia CF.

'Lee Kang-in' as a youth

Kang-in Lee was born on February 19, 2001 in Namdong-gu, Incheon, and is currently 19 years old.
In 2007, just before going to elementary school, he made his name as a football prodigy after he first appeared on the air in the 3rd stage of Fly.
At the time, he was already a highlevel talent by reducing the number of adults, and after joining the Incheon United Youth Team to improve his skills, he is only 6 years old and works as a member of the U-12 team. It is amazing to have skipped six years of adolescence, when the physique changes sharply even after a year difference.
Kang-in Lee's father is said to be the director of the Taekwondo Stadium, a soccer fanatic and a big fan of Diego Maradona. Kang-in Lee's father was also the first person to give a soccer ball.

To Spain...

With the introduction of a youth coach who taught Lee Kang-in in January 2011, who was a member of Incheon's Football Club Flyings FC, he went to Spain with a sports management company and was tested by teams such as Villarreal and Valencia. It caught the eye and received a pass notification in July 2011 as the Valencia youth team that showed the greatest interest.

Not surprisingly, I have lived in Spain with my family since a very young age, so I speak Spanish well at the level of my first language.

When I was in the fourth year of elementary school, I went to Spain to join a local youth and then graduated from Spain to middle school in 2017. Spain has a 6-4-2 school system, and youth soccer players often stop at middle school, compulsory education because of the schedule.

In 2019, there was an article saying that the Spanish Football Association proposed naturalization to solve the military service problem. However, Kang-in Lee's father said, "I have no intention of naturalizing to Spain, and I have no intention of naturalization," and Kang-in Lee himself was convened to the adult national team and the U-20 national team as a member of the Republic of Korea and showed his intention to stay. Eventually, the adult national team was confirmed as Korea by skipping the World Cup regional qualifier match against Sri Lanka in October 2019. Military exemption has not yet been received.

Advantages of Kang-in Lee's play

A player with a low center of gravity and good handling of the ball, does not take the ball well, and succeeds in decompression by turning one round while making a Marseille turn with one foot as the axis, or moving only one foot to change the body direction while the ball is in place. Is good at The appearance of the pre-season game in the first group clearly shows the best technique among Korean soccer players when it comes to ball keeping.

The sight, kick and passing skills are definitely excellent. In particular, when stabbing a long pass, the ball is fast and accurate, so it often falls on the heads and feet of inundated or competing colleagues, so it is often praised as a courier cross.

The physique is not on the big side, but the physical itself is not bad because it is bulk-up, and the feeling of being dwarfed is not that much right now. Perhaps because of the strength, I have become very active in the struggle now. It's been pointed out that the speed is slow, but there is no big difference between dribble speed and normal speed, so that it looks faster when in on-the-ball than off-the-ball.

Lee Kang-in's annual salary

On July 21, 2018, a renewal of the contract was agreed by the summer of 2022 under the condition of extending the purchase-out of 80 million euros (about 105.7 billion won) for four years, and Kang-in Lee's annual salary is known to be about 1.4 billion won. I don't know if the amount is a little over 100 million won per month, but the fact that the transfer fee is set at 105.7 billion won seems to be a part of the club's very high expectations.
